How it Works
    Step 1:  Once you are on the phone with a member of our support team, you will be directed to initiate a screen-sharing session. Your support representative will advise you which Remote Support Website to select.
Step 2:  You will be provided a session key by your support representative. Enter this key in the session key field. You will then be prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in. When the session is over the plug-in will be deleted from your system.
Step 3:  With your permission, your support representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard. You always have overriding control, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
